With the current state of health concerns, now is the time to take your health and wellness even more seriously.  Health habits should be an every day thing.  Has your consistency been lagging? If so, let's get you tuned up now. 

Immune System Builder #1 💪

Include daily exercise that pushes your breath and causes you to exercise your lungs, heart and build a strong metabolism. 

Immune System Builder #2 🍎

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Nutrients are vital. Skip the nachos, go for the sliced oranges instead.  Vitamin C, B6 and E are fundamental for immune system health. 

Immune System Builder #3 🧘🏻‍♀️

Stress management is imperative to maintain a healthy immune system. Practice self hypnosis, meditation, deep breathing exercises. 

There are additional things you can do to maintain a healthy immune system, such as...

  • have sex (#TRUTH look it up) 😂
  • drink plenty of water
  • get a few extra minutes of sleep
  • include more prayer and gratitude practices
  • If you smoke or drink alcohol, this is an ideal time to take a break. Practice habits that build health vs decline health.

All of these suggestions will improve your wellness overall (and they are fun too haha). In addition, we are learning that one of the easiest ways to prevent the spread of virus right now is to stay home. Social Distance.
