2: Practiced Self Hypnosis: The every day practical mind cycles you are processing with your thoughts and emotions. 

When working with me, the techniques and program will be customized for you. My clients report they easily achieve the state and can use it for their continued success long after the sessions are over.

It's also important to grasp that Hypnosis is also experienced in your every day conversations, thinking and habits. Much of what we do together is focused on disrupting patterns you've established (your own Hypnosis) and seeding new patterns of belief and behavior.

It's like SUPERCHARGE to your mind and motivation.  You are cognizant of your surroundings. You will hear cars outside or even voices from the room next door – confirming you are alert and in control the entire time. I also employ a number of techniques utilizing post-hypnotic suggestions, and you will remember everything that happened during your session.

Hypnosis is not merely a state of relaxation, but as many internal issues are related to stress or anxiety, we will create a profoundly relaxed state to assist in making the vital changes. Most people report feeling very relaxed or pleasantly lethargic.

Many clients are surprised by how profound yet normal the experience feels, as many have been conditioned by movies or television to think there is a Hypnotic feeling that suddenly washes over you. With that stated, there may be sessions where you go deeper and experience lightness, floating, deep trance state. 

Your mind will be alert and perceptive of the suggestions it is receiving. Your focus will be directly on your experience or the words of the suggestions you are receiving.

I have a friend who said they tried Hypnosis and it didn’t work. What happened?

The success of your experience is dependent on two factors – the client’s willingness for change and the skills of the hypnotist.

If the client doesn’t have an honest desire for change, such as a smoker who is only seeing a hypnotist at the urging of a spouse, they are not prepared to accept the suggestions for positive change. If, however, the smoker is fed up with the habit and no longer wants the cigarettes to be a part of their life, they are primed for success.

 Hypnosis is not a “one-size-fits-all” process. I will custom-design a process to help you reach your goals.
